Susan Boyd Dillard
I have been an artist for most of my life.
I've been fortunate to work with great mentors and teachers, including: Richard Halstead, Jean Pilk, and Marvin Mattelson.
My artistic studies have also included a BFA in Studio Painting from The University of Texas.
Prior to pursuing fine art as a full time endeavor, I built a career as a Creative Executive in Advertising and Promotion.
This experience has given me a deeper understanding of client needs and has enhanced my artistic vision.
My passion is to paint people or animals in interesting scenes and to create portraits that are natural and realistic.
My work is created using the finest quality archival materials including, linen, professional grade oils and mediums.

Head and Shoulder, $2500
1/2 Figure, $3500
3/4 Figure, inluding hands $5000
Full Length, $6500
More than one Person and/or the addition of a pet will be added to the fee.
Fee for Murals
Mural pricing ranges from $1500 to as high as $10,000 depending on the size and complexity of the subject. Murals are painted in acrylic with additional glazes and varnish. A proposal is provided with no cost to the client before any work begins.
Commissioned paintings and existing pieces are priced individually. Please contact me for this information.
